We formed a non-profit organization and commenced taking in dogs and cats. We later got a lawyer to do the paperwork so that we could be a 501c3 tax exempt organization.There are four unpaid volunteers who run the shelter. We receive donations from the general public and charge a small give up fee to usher in canines. We have a small trailer for the workplace and some pens in back for the dogs and pups.
